FAQ

What days do you operate?

We work Monday through to Saturday. Although happy to deliver and pick up on Sunday if needed.

What does it cost to hire a bin?

Our prices start at $260. We have different prices for different bin sizes and waste types.

What size bins do you have?

We have 2m, 3m, 4m, 6m and 7m bins available.

Do you have walk in bins?

Yes, we do, our 6m and 7m bins are walk ins.

How much can I put in the bin?

The bin cannot be filled past the top of the bin due to safety reasons. If your bin is overfilled, we will require you to remove some rubbish. We can arrange another bin to accommodate this but charges do apply.

How can I pay?

You can pay either cash, eftpos or credit card on bin delivery. We also accept bank deposits or can take your card details over the phone.

How long can I have the bin for?

We hire out our bins for 1-4 days, if you need it longer, we will try out best to accommodate this. We charge an extra $20 per day after 4 days.

Do you do same day delivery?

We can certainly do this for you given enough notice and bin availability.

Do I need a council permit/where can I have my bin placed?

Most councils require a permit for bin placement on a nature strip or on the street. We do prefer to place your bin in the driveway or behind gates so we avoid this. If you require a permit for nature strip or street placement we can certainly apply for one for you at your expense, keep in mind it can take time for permits to be approved.

Can I request a specific delivery/pick up time?

Yes, you can, however sometimes it’s not possible.

What can’t I put in the bin?

We strictly advise that no asbestos materials, hazardous waste or flammable products are put in the bin. Mattresses and tyres will cost you extra to dispose of in our bins.
